Tunes for a Tuesday Afternoon: The Frost Kings
We are kicking off the New Year with a new location and a band new to North Haledon! Due to the limited seating at the Library, the Tunes for a Tuesday Afternoon series will be held at the American Legion, 512 High Mountain Road.
The Frost Kings is a four-piece R&B, swing and blues band originating from the North Jersey area. Their repertoire ranges from the West Coast swing styles of Louis Jordan and T-Bone Walker to the classic blues of Luther Johnson, B.B. King, Eddie “Clean Head” Vinson and Muddy Waters, to the R&B of Wilson Picket and Herbie Hancock.
The Tunes for a Tuesday Afternoon series is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
