Movie of the Month: Carmen

Set in the Maltese Islands in the 1980’s, this quirky and charming comedy drama was inspired by real events.  Carmen has looked after her brother, the local priest, her entire life.  After her brother’s passing, Carmen’s life takes a new and surprising turn.  Carmen runs 96 minutes and has an “R” rating.  Funding for the Movie of the Month series is provided by the Friends of the Library.  Please r.s.v.p. by calling 973-427-6213, ext. 5
